Most garments are ready in 10–14 days from confirmed measurements. Wedding-season Sherwani and Jodhpuri orders can take a little longer — we'll give you a date at confirmation.
Yes, as long as the order hasn't moved to "Cutting" status yet. Contact us with your Order ID and we'll update it.
When you place an order through your partner login, commission is calculated automatically once the studio confirms the order. You can withdraw weekly, monthly, or for a custom date range from your dashboard.
UPI is our default for both ready-made and made-to-measure orders. Cash on delivery is available for ready-made pieces within our delivery area.
Ready-made pieces can be exchanged for a different size within 5 days, unworn and with tags attached. Made-to-measure garments are stitched to your exact spec, so they aren't eligible for size exchange.
